Taste and flavour are vital to the enjoyment of good food, which is why Don Vica Gourmet has worked hard to perfect our recipes.  We have paired big bold flavours like chilli and garlic in our Chilli Garlic Stuffed Green Olives and found that Australians enjoy the combination as much as we do.

Olives and antipasto needs to look inviting, but the taste must also be rewarding. That’s why we have brought the delicious combination used in the Connoisseurs Five Olive Mix to our customers.  Connoisseurs Five Olive Mix really is for the olive connoisseur, with three varieties of olives marinated in fresh garlic and citrus zest, herbs and spices, and oil and wine vinegar.

One of the most popular additions to the Don Vica Gourmet range is Tequila Lime and Chilli Green Olives. Pimento stuffed green olives are marinated in lime, chilli and garlic, combined with herbs, oil, wine vinegar and tequila.

The subtle flavour of Don Vica Gourmet’s sweet piquant peppers, pepperdews, is complimented by our choice of soft and creamy fetta.  The Fetta Stuffed Peppers are then marinated in oil.

Alternatively try the classic combination of kalamata olives marinated in aged balsamic vinegar. Don Vica Gourmet’s Spicy Balsamic Kalamata Olives contain a spicy mix of kalamata olives, fresh chilli and garlic, herbs and spices, blended with balsamic vinegar and oil.
